Is every wreath really one-of-a-kind?

Yes. I make exactly one of each design and never repeat it. When a wreath sells, that specific piece is gone for good — you can see recently-sold ones in the "Found their homes" section on the homepage. It means you're buying an original, not a copy of something made for a dozen other doors.

How long do artificial wreaths last?

Kept out of direct sun and heavy rain, my wreaths comfortably last 3 years — often longer. I use premium artificial flowers and a sturdy base, so they don't shed the way cheaper ones do. A gentle dust every few months is the only maintenance. No pruning, no tending, no dead-heading required.

Can I collect from Cheshire to save on postage?

Absolutely — free local collection from Helsby/Frodsham area. Pick "Collection" at checkout and I'll message you to arrange a convenient time. UK delivery is £5, usually 1–3 working days.

Do you make bespoke or custom wreaths?

Yes — the "Design Your Own" page lets you pick the season, palette, and any specific flowers you love (or loathe). I'll reply with a quote and rough timeline, normally within a day. Typical build time is 1–2 weeks depending on materials.

What sizes are your door wreaths?

Most sit between 16 and 22 inches across — well-matched to a standard UK front door. Exact dimensions are on each product page. If you need something bigger (for a venue) or smaller (for an interior), ask via bespoke.

How quickly do you dispatch orders?

For in-stock pieces, same-day or next-working-day dispatch. Royal Mail tracked delivery lands within 1–3 working days after that. I'll email you the tracking number as soon as it's on its way.

Can I return a wreath if I change my mind?

Yes — 14-day UK returns on non-bespoke wreaths, as long as they're returned in the same condition. Bespoke and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable unless there's a genuine defect. Full policy on the Returns page.

Who actually makes them?

Me. Steve. No production line, no team of assistants — every wreath is built on my kitchen table in Cheshire. The "Meet Steve" section tells the rest of the story.
